Öz Yıldırım Plastik ve Kalıp Sanayi Ltd. Şti. started operating in the plastics industry in 1995. After initially starting with the production of umbrella and industrial jugs under the Gölge brand, the company entered the retail sector by producing plastic display mannequins under the Prens & Prenses brand.

The company's own-designed products, with their aesthetic and functional designs, quickly caught the attention of the market. Founded in 1995, the company rapidly grew and became one of the leading companies in the industry by 2000. This success was achieved through a high-quality production approach, a customer-oriented service philosophy, and innovative solutions.

In 2005, Öz Yıldırım Plastik ve Kalıp Sanayi Ltd. Şti. expanded its expertise in the plastics industry by launching the King Kids brand, introducing a wide range of products designed by its R&D team. These products, manufactured using plastic blow molding and injection technology, include indoor and outdoor playgroups, garden toys, sports toys, plastic playhouses, intelligence and motor skill development toys, children's educational tools, and educational toys.

Our brand prioritizes children’s health, maintains modern quality standards, and follows an integrated quality approach while embracing social values. All products are manufactured according to EN 71 CE standards.

By 2012, the company further strengthened its presence in the umbrella industry with the ODS Şemsiye brand. ODS Şemsiye has become one of Turkey’s leading brands in umbrella production and is now a key supplier in this field. This expansion has increased the company’s production capacity and influence in the industry.

Since 2012, Öz Yıldırım has adopted a globalization strategy, becoming a well-established company on the international stage. The company has established a modern production facility with a 10,000 m² closed area and 10,000 m² open area, significantly increasing its high-quality production capacity. Today, it exports to more than 70 countries and holds an important position in global markets. Additionally, 96% of the total production is exported. Öz Yıldırım Group brands play an active role both domestically and internationally.
